					<description><![CDATA[HiFormance bit the bullet a while ago. Cheap hosting has risks. Look at AlphaRacks. They&#039;ve been down for a week. Their communication is horrible and most will lose everything bases on what is transpiring. Is it prudent to leave them up as recommended?
