[WM: Assuming you’ve verified the checksum of the downloaded ISO, then the problem lies in either the DVD image burning software or incompatible drive or controller on your server. You said "CD boots." I assume you meant DVD boots since this image won’t fit on a CD.]

Wrt RentPBX holding the image, can you confirm this is Incredible PBX 13-12.2 with Scientific Linux 6.7? Last I installed their image for PBX in a Flash Incredible PBX 13-12 with Incredible GUI (Centos 6.6) it was version 13-12.1 with AvantFAX install problems.
