These instructions worked really well. Thank you!

Also ‘bash /root/enable-gmail-smarthost-for-sendmail’ worked fine.

To be clear, the domain I own is hosted with Google Workspace and while the instructions read, ‘enter your gmail account without @gmail.com’ I entered my full, custom email address and it worked just fine. Google App Passwords worked well for the purpose too.

Great to see this! Is it possible to have Debian 11, FreePBX 16 and Asterisk 18 LTS?

I would like to keep Asterisk 18 because it is LTS to consider making this a new production box.

Installed and running OK, but I cannot import (via bulkhandler) bulkhandler exports from my old FreePBX box or this system itself. While trying to import my ol system’s blacklist I get this: ‘Unauthorized action.File:/var/www/html/admin/modules/clearlytrunking/CIP/Api/Library/Api/Emergency Endpoint Api.php:7’ – This happens for any import – extensions, etc. I’ve had to manually recreate all extensions, and other settings.

[WM: Open a ticket with ClearlyIP and be sure to tell them what version of Clearly Trunking you are using. This may be a glitch on their end with PHP 7 although they have attempted to upgrade all modules to support PHP 7.]
