I love this setup Ward!! Great Job..

I do have a question and issue. I just happened to have a SC440 that was recently given to me. I loaded it up with the Orgasmatron II CD’s and am trying to restore my backup configs from my previous PIAF box to this one. However nothing appears to be restoring. Can you offer any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?

[WM: I assume you’re trying to restore a FreePBX backup that was made from the same 2.5 version of FreePBX on your old system and you’ve created a new matching backup directory (through FreePBX) on the new machine where you’ve also placed your old backup. If you’ve done all of that and still are having a problem, please post this in the Help Forum on the PBX in a Flash Forums.]

Wow you guys have really out done yourselves this time! Thanks for the awesome build and tutorial!! The Omegastron II is amazing!!! I am having an odd issue -- all my 'special extensions' (i.e. weather by zip etc) do not work. Upon dialing the extension it immediately disconnects the call . . . [WM: Glad you like the build. Sorry you're having a problem. Please post this on the forum and we'll figure out what's come unglued.]

The Orgasmatron looks awesome, great work you guys! Sadly my old pc with one of your previous trixbox ensembles caught fire and I really wanted the Orgasmatron to replace it but here in the UK the everex gpc2 is no where to be found and cheap base unit PC's run at the equivalent of $400 to $600. So need to find something like the gpc2 and have a way to easily impliment an Orgasmatron like solution quickly. Need not be 15 mins, a couple of hours would be ok. Would cheap laptop work like these Asus Eee? [WM: Not quite, but you're close. Take a look at our latest post just minutes ago.]

Rats, I got excited!! I really want the orgasmatron II… It seems like there will be a lot of work required to get the current PIAF build up to the same level as this distribution…Ward, does the dev team still have some gPCs for sale pre-built?

Just looked (2008 Oct 14, almost Oct 15th) at http://www.walmart.com and the gPC2 now includes a monitor with a total price starting at $329 depending on monitor choosen. Included is a 15.4 inch Vuescape LCD monitor.

Looks like your Orgasmatron system is no longer headless. Keyboard/mouse and speakers are now optional too. Looks like wally wants some additional sales.

Going to http://www.everex.com and following the link to walmart.com (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=8304655) produces an out of stock listing for the computer by itself.

Going to http://www.everexstore.com it seems that Everex doesn’t sell it’s own computer as searching their store site only produces a memory upgrade.

In doing a google search, it appears the original MSRP of the gpc2 was $1,371.59 (http://cgi.liquidation.com/auction/view?convertTo=MXN&auctionId=1980645) but I have my suspicions on that price. 😀

Just wanted to let you know I have this going on a 12 line office with 16 phones. Works very well. There are a couple notes though. If one sticks with the Flite, they’ll need to adjust the reminders config to use Flite instead of Swift. Also, the download you provide a couple weeks ago in the forum has the CallerID as the Superfecta, not the Ultimate Cnam.

Ward, this is some spectacular work you guys are doing!

Any timeline on a new platform for the orgasmatron, and/or any idea if the gPC is being restocked?

Thanks in advance, as soon as I can get 2 systems up and running (home and office) I’ll be having some SUSHI!
