now its working!!! I'm wondering why these files weren't installed during the install?

I ran your fax script. After some tinkering I am receiving and sending faxing successfully. However, after each send an a receive, I get a blank email from faxmaster. It appears the /etc/hylafax/templates/en folder is empty. Is there any way to get these files or to customize what the fax failed and success notification emails say in the body?

I just tried out your distro on my Pi tonight, and it is working unbelievably well. I am so confused though. I have set up several PBX systems before and always had to forward ports 5060 TCP and 10000-20000 UDP to the local IP of my PBX. However, you state in all caps "NEVER MAP INBOUND INTERNET PORTS FROM YOUR FIREWALL TO INCREDIBLE PI".

Sure enough, I have outgoing, inbound, and internal extension calls with ZERO port forwarding configs on my router!? How is that possible!!!!??

Excited and confused!! :)

[WM: When you register a trunk with a provider, that automatically opens a tunnel to your server. It's much like what happens when you use a web browser from your desktop to access a site. Neither requires that you map the SIP or HTTP port back to your machine. It's automagic.]

I might be confused but, after installing the incrediblepi-3.11.tar.gz package, I do not have a full Travelin' Man 3 install. There is no secure-iptables script and no add-fqdn script. Is this missing or has it been removed? How do I get it back?

[WM: secure-iptables has been integrated into the latest build of Incredible PBX for the Raspberry Pi. It secures your system automatically without any user intervention. add-fqdn will return shortly in an automatic update. There were some design changes that forced it to be reworked.]

I didn't see it when scanning the article: does this same build work on the old Raspberry Pi rev. B or just the B+?

[WM: Works fine on the Model B. Sorry for the confusion.]

“Last but not least, never just pull the plug when you want to shut down your server, or you may end up with corrupted MySQL databases” – Is this true on all Incredible PBX systems or just the Raspberry Pi & Beaglebone?

If the 110 Volt power goes out maybe a Pi UPS is needed http://www.piups.net/

[WM: True of most computer systems since the DOS days. UPS never hurts. Kinda depends how reliable your power is.]
