Can i install it on a cortex-a9 dual core? If yes, is only by update, must be a zip file to be able to install. Is it any step by step instructions?

I've just purchased my first Raspberry Pi, it's a B+ and although it appears to boot up with "raspbian7-incrediblepi-06-18-2014.img" on the microSD card (green LED flashes a few times) I cannot connect to it via SSH (Putty) as there are no flashing lights on the ethernet port. Users on the raspberrypi.org forum are reporting that the network and USB ports don't work unless you load the latest image. As I bought it to run Incredible PBX, will there be an updated image available soon?

The PI is cool, but I don't see the merit in this project because it seems to be limited to Google Voice. It would really be cool if it worked with MagicJack or Ooma, etc.

[WM: Heh. Works with all of them with the addition of an OBi110. Keep reading. :-)]

Here's a stronger case, also from Adafruit, and its is 5 dollars cheaper. I like mine a lot: http://www.adafruit.com/products/1326

Also, while a Class 4 SD card is recommended, isn't a Class 10 card possible and if so, doesn't it make more sense? Am curious, as any little bit to improve Pi performance in such a way seems like a good idea to try out. But I am no expert on such a matter.

[WM: Many of the Class 10 cards are incompatible with the Raspberry Pi. Just be sure you get one that has been tested and proven to work. Yes, faster is better.]
