The URL should be as follows:
http://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/linux/distributions/centos/6.5/os/x86_64/

It looks like they changed it from isos to just os for the next to last folder jump.

WM: We learned the hard way not to rely upon the CentOS shell game for downloads. Then we forgot… again. We’ve come to our senses now and corrected the download link to point to a more reliable source. Thanks.
