Does anyone know what providers do not require port forwarding setups when NAT'ed behind a router?

[WM: As a general rule, if your trunk is registered with the provider using a Registration String, you should not need any port forwarding rule on your NAT-based router. However, some routers don't handle RTP traffic as they should. You will know when you can't hear the other party or vice versa.]

We're on a mix of voip.ms and vitelity, but Twilio's SIP Trunking has no max channel limit and extremely compelling pricing. It wasn't hard at all to set up a trial account and connect with IncrediblePBX 13. The only reason we didn't migrate our incoming trunks was fear of change/instability from decision makers.
